HIRING ELECTRICAL DESIGNERS/ ENGINEERS IN DALLAS AND SAN ANTONIO

We are hiring Electrical Designers and Engineers to design electrical systems on building-related projects such as office, commercial, educational and government facilities using Revit/AutoCAD.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior experience in electrical design, fire alarm design, electrical distribution design, and new construction and remodel designs is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and layout engineering drawings of electrical systems design in AutoCAD/Revit MEP
• Perform electrical calculations such as load analysis, voltage drop and short circuit
• Lighting design, fixture selection and photometric analysis
• Research code issues
• Knowledge of basic electrical requirements to assist Contractors, Owners, Architects and Code Authorities
• Handle the design of power distributions, lighting, fire alarm, security, audio/visual and telecommunications and special systems for new and renovated building types
• Coordinating across multiple disciplines to design and complete all aspects of projects, ensuring client expectations are met on time
• Communicate & coordinate effectively and professionally with project managers and internal staff
